CANON: the alien anthology (more specifically alien3)
AGE: this is tricky to determine since it's never formally established, but sigourney was 29 while filming the first movie and the only mention of how much time has passed is her time in hypersleep while lost in deep space (57 years, but you don't age in hypersleep). i'd put her at around thirty physically, given the time between being found at the beginning of aliens and when she gets recruited as a consultant for the mission on lv-426 (chronologically, only a few weeks pass between the end of aliens and the beginning of alien3).
CANON POINT: after she and aaron have contacted weyland-yutani about having trapped the ox/dog xenomorph (whether it's been spawned from an ox or a dog depends on which cut of the movie you watch; i tend to go with the cut where it's an ox) and asked for (and been denied) permission to terminate it.

INCENTIVE/FIT: she doesn't have many hangups when it comes to physical or sexual contact, but given everything she's recently been through she's probably going to have a hard time getting close to people in general. which doesn't mean she won't be able to fulfill the needs of the city, it just means she's probably not going to be very pleasant to be around.

her incentives are the lives of newt (the little girl she found on lv-426 whose life she saved) and hicks (the only surviving member of the fleet of marines sent to investigate the situation of lv-426). (but if she can only save one, she'll save newt.)

since at the time i'd be bringing her in, she's host to a queen chestburster, that would need to be gone at the time of her arrival or she'd die within a few hours (they don't call it a chestburster for nothing). also eudio would end up being home to a bunch of xenomorphs, which is bad news all around. it's also probably best if she's unaware of it because a ) if she were, she'd refuse to sign up and endanger anyone and b ) if they informed her of it and offered to get rid of it, she'd believe they just wanted the creature (much like weyland-yutani does) and refuse to agree. if you have an idea on how the eudio representatives can do this, i'm open to suggestion; right now the only idea i have is "it's magic~".

oh, and
